The knife you'll actually bring.
At just 70 grams, the Ultralight is an industry first. A knife full of features you actually use outdoors and none you don’t. Engineered for real backcountry living, it packs practical tools into an ultralight frame: a proprietary built-in pot lifter (The Notch) for your camp stove, a ¼” hex wrench for gear maintenance in the field, a bottle opener, and others. Compact, capable, and lighter than a Clif Bar. The Ultralight is the knife you’ll always bring.
"THE NOTCH"*
The L-shaped Notch in every Ultralight handle is the product of many nights trying to figure out how to remove cups of boiled water with red-hot handles from backpacking stoves so the rest of the group can cook dinner. No more melted fleece and puffy sleeves, elaborate tongs made from twigs, or having to carry one of those pot grippers. Instructions for use are below:
-
Boil water/cook food like normal
-
When done, reduce heat and hitch your knife to the rim of the cup as shown
-
Lift up from the knife handle (keep the knife tip pointed downward and cup vertical)
-
Carefully rest the cup on the ground (remember this is a pot lifter, NOT a handle), and wait for the handles to cool!
2.3" Blade, 3.5" handle. 5.9" Overall Length.
Features:
-
3/32" Thick Nitro-V Stainless Steel
